General Questions
  • How do I ask a question I don’t see answered on this website?
    Please email us with any questions not addressed on this website.
  • What’s the best time to arrive?
    Day parking opens at 9:00am on festival days. Venue gates open at 12:00pm. Arrive early to allow for possible traffic and security search at the entrance. Please try and carpool. Busiest times with the most wait are usually between 4pm-6pm. Expect delays.
  • What time does the venue open?
    The Depot will open at 12 noon, and the Stadium opens at 3 pm.
  • What time does it end?
    The festival ends before 12:00am “midnight” both days. Check back closer to festival dates for any changes.
  • Will you be posting set times in advance?
    Yes. Set times will be posted here a couple days before the festival and also be on the festival guide available in the venue.
  • Does my child need a ticket?
    If your child is under 2, they will not need a ticket. Any children 2 and over will require a ticket for the event.
  • How hot will it get in the day and how cold will it get at night?

  • I’m a photographer. Who do I arrange a photo pass through?

  • Are you hiring people to work or volunteer at the event?
    Not currently.
  • Can I pass out flyers inside? Outside?
    No. We’re really trying to produce less trash/waste.
  • Can I bring a chair or blanket inside the festival?
    Sorry but NO blankets, folding chairs, poolside lounges, lazy boys, banquet or folding metal chairs allowed.
  • Can I use passes/wristbands/the Off The Rails Country Music Festival name to promote my website/product/event?
    No. Off The Rails Country Music Festival trademarks, intellectual property, passes and wristbands may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or any commercial purpose. The only exception is for the festival’s official sponsors (and even they need formal written authorization from the festival's producers).
  • Are there lockers/places to store my things at the festival?
    No, lockers are not available. Please plan accordingly.
  • Are there breast pump stations?
    Recently give birth? Need a place to pump? We’ve got moms covered. BYOB (bring your own breast pump) to any of the family restrooms.
  • Are Credit Cards Accepted?
    Yes, credit cards are accepted.
  • Do you accept Cash and Debit?
    Yes, all vendors accept Cash and most accept Credit and Debit. We have ATMs both inside the venue and all around the event/camping grounds marked on the festival guide.
  • Can I transfer my tickets?
     Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, & non-replaceable, except through our Official Ticketing Partner FlipTix
What Can I Bring?
  • Can I bring and umbrella to block the sun?
    Sorry no, those block the view of other festival goers. You wouldn’t want someone with an umbrella blocking your view either, right?
  • What about bringing my medical prescription?
    You should identify yourselves to security while waiting to enter the venue. Security will locate the medical folks adjacent to the main entrance, and they will assist you in storing and providing a secure area for diabetics. ALL medical prescriptions and accompanying names on those containers will need to match the person’s proper ID.

  • I have health problems and am not able to eat food, will I be able to bring in my supplement drinks in?
    Medical related / required items (small individual portions of specialized food that is otherwise not available in the venue included) may be brought into the venue provided a Dr. note is onsite and available at the entrance gate describing the necessity for the item(s).

  • Can I bring in eye drops for my contact lenses?
    Yes, but they need to be in a marked container.
  • Can I bring a water squirt gun or mister?
    Sorry, these will not be allowed into the venue.
  • Can we bring walkie talkies?
    Sure.
  • Are strollers allowed into the venue?
    Yes, if it is for an infant/toddler. Sorry, no wagons.
  • Are backpacks allowed?
    No, backpacks will not be allowed inside the venue.
  • What are considered professional cameras and professional digital cameras?
    Any camera with a removable lens is NOT allowed into the venue.
  • Can I bring E-Cigs?
    • Single use Mini’s (aka Cig-a-likes) are OK but must be sealed when entering the venue.
    • Mid sized e-cigs & vape pens are OK, however no liquid refills will be allowed into the venue and they must be sealed at time of entry.
    • APV’s or Mods are not allowed in the venue. (They are OK in onsite camping).
Parking, Rideshares, Cars, Busses, Trains, Bikes, Motorcycles
  • I locked my keys in my car, my car won’t start. Will there be a Tow truck or AAA on site?
    There will be a Tow truck service on stand by.
  • Will there be ridesharing services available?
    Yes.
  • Is there public transit?
    Please visit www.dart.org for any public transit needs.
  • Where is the nearest gas station?
    Exxon located at Rudy’s BBQ (corner of Technology and the Tollway).
  • Where is a friend/parent pick up/drop off point?
    Please check back for updated information.
  • Where do Motorcycles park?
    Motorcycles can park in the same lot as all other vehicles.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol may not be brought in or out of Toyota Stadium. Texas law states that a person must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages.

Within the stadium, the sale of beer is limited to two per customer, per purchase.
